Cancellation Policy

We kindly all guests to make reservations at least 24 hours in advance of their preferred afternoon tea seating. To secure your reservation, payment in full is required at the time of booking, along with menu selections for each guest in your party. This allows us to thoughtfully prepare and provide the highest level of service. Cancellations or changes to your reservation may be made no later than 24 hours prior to your scheduled tea time. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds for cancellations made within 24 hours of your reservation. However we are happy to reschedule, please contact us by phone or e mail. Thank you for understanding and for choosing to spend your time with us.
